Northwest Coast Form-line and design merged with the aesthetics of psychedelic posters art and propaganda/protest art.

Sonny Assu has applied his modern and unique style of Northwest Coast art to the aesthetics of psych, protest and propaganda art in an effort to challenge the public's view on Indigenous Rights and Title in Canada. Through these public interventions, Assu asks the viewer to engage in the reconciliation process to preserve the past, present and future.
