Caitlin Aleck (Te-Awk-Tenaw) is a Tsleil-Waututh weaver who has been creating works for the last 5 years, both independently and under the apprenticeship of Master Weaver Angela George. While apprenticing, she and Angela created numerous weavings for a number of elementary schools in the Lower Mainland and the Gordon Smith Gallery.
Caitlin’s weavings have been exhibited at the Maritime Museum in Vancouver and the Museum of Northwest Art in Washington State.
