Pavlos Angelos Kougioumtzis lives and works in Athens and Delphi.  He studied sculpture and painting at the University of Oregon as a Fulbright scholar, and architecture at the Metsovion Polytechnic School of Athens. Kougioumtzis has major public sculptures in Greece and in Uruguay, Australia, Egypt, China, UK and the USA.  He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Fine Arts Chamber of Greece.
