A stage backdrop including curtains and columns made of coloured fencing is superimposed over an ordinary sports backstop cage. An aluminum sheet along the top of the backstop acts as a pediment and displays a quote from Wordsworth: "This city now doth like a garment wear the beauty of the morning; silent, bare, ships, towers, domes, theatres, and temples lie open upon the fields, and to the sky."
