The Statue of Discovolos (the Discus Thrower) was donated to the City of Vancouver, in honor of Canada's centenary, by AHEPA Vancouver (Gladstone chapter) on behalf of the Hellenes, located at Vanier Park behind the Vancouver Planetarium and Centennial Museum.
